The Crying Masquerade
Hear the bells boom in monotone.
Your subconsciousness forces a smile,
But tears ignore flesh and drip into your
heart.
Alas,
Time is right for prancing funerals once
more.
Solace in Roses
X in my blood,
Adrenaline through my veins.
Emotions run wild,
Forcing heart over brain.
So deeply i see into your eyes,
And take in every bit of your smile.
A tsunami so delicate
Rushes all over me, my heart yells.
But thy mind peeks into thy sight,
Flashing out every fragment of conscience.
Thy comes to terms with impossibilty,
To gain an ounce of thou's true love.
Raging beasts rattle my emotions,
Tearing off bits of my heart.
Why that Serpent's strangle on Juliet,
Is a twisted work of art.
I seek solace in the roses,
The one thing that romances from the earth.
And tied down by thee poisonous thorns,
Reaching out, crying for one's impossible love.
Romance
My heart goes into hiding at the glimpse of your face.
Mind and soul overwhelmed by emotions unexplained.
I needed it when i wanted it
And want it when i don't
You have become my addiction
I'm aware of the problem.
But feel no need to rid of it.
I'm strung out, tied, strangled
I can barely move.
But i like it, and it's all because of you

Shot in my knees with your mere presence.
Broken images become pieces of art.
Everything turns beautiful.

I try and try but my obsession won't let me leave.
You're the sweetest drug, bringing me back for more.
The world stops, i think of you.
I know i should keep my distance for this addiction

I watch the proverbial sunrise
Coming up over the horizon.
You might think I'm losing my mind
But i will stay away from the specifics
I fear for my identity
My whereabouts
Cos then you'll see my heart
In the saddest state it has ever been
This is no place to try and live my life
I was positive that unless i got myself together
